With over 22 years of deep expertise in Operational Finance and Accounting, Anouska Biswas has worked for prominent hotel and resort groups (properties and corporate), high-end restaurant groups, boutique investment banking firms, and private wealth management/family office. Her experience includes partnerships with influential brands, including Renaissance/Marriott, Jumeirah, Joel Robuchon, Equinox Hotel Group.
When it comes to operational logistics, Ms. Biswas has created and implemented finance and accounting infrastructure for hotels, restaurants, and family offices. She has a strong command of various financial systems including Financial Ledgers, Purchasing Systems, Inventory Management Systems, Payroll Systems, Report Creation.
As part of setting up ground-up financial operations, Anouska creates SOPs, sets up integrated systems to ultimately create timely financials, manages cash flow, creates daily/weekly/monthly reporting to better analyze business needs.
Ms. Biswas finds passion in helping companies create infrastructure to sustain the financial operations & provide management/ownership accurate & timely financials. This, along with transparency in communication and reporting, provides confidence for further investment and growth of business models.

With over 20 years of extensive revenue management, distribution and operations experience in both the hospitality travel & tourism industry, Nathan Crisp has worked for airlines, hotels and resorts, brand representation firms, hotel management companies, hotel brands and most recently as a freelance consultant. His experience includes campaigns with many of the major brands, including Trump Hotels, Equinox, Starwood, Hilton and InterContinental, along with independent hotels and condo-hotels.
When it comes to technology, Mr. Crisp has been a key stakeholder and project manager in implementing technology platforms at single and multiple hotels as well as brands. He has a strong command of various systems including PMS, CRS, Direct-Connect technology, CRM and RMS.
In relation to e-commerce, he has a strong comprehension of digital marketing and its application in the hospitality space. He has collaborated with various digital vendors to conduct A/B testing, merchandising, booking path flow and other initiatives to ensure KPIs were being achieved. He has proven successful in launching a loyalty program for an ultra-luxury hotel brand and has extensive knowledge in establishing call center operations for handling reservations, loyalty support and customer support.
